Nate has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, where he has provided personal training and fitness consultations to a broad range of personal clients. He has been an elite trainer with some of New York City’s most prestigious fitness clubs. The Printing House Fitness and Racquet Club in the West Village wrote in their brochure, “Nate came to Printing House with professionalism and an extensive knowledge base…Nate is a great trainer for clients who are looking to get back in shape or take their fitness to the next level.”
A life-long athlete, Nate began competing in gymnastics and track and field at an early age, and he later used these skills to become an award-winning expert in bicycle motocross racing. Nate has pursued his passion in fitness further and chosen to turn it into a career through attaining his national certifications (National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), KBC Kettlebell Concepts – Level II Specialist, CPR / AED, Corrective and Flexibility Specialist, Pre & Post Natal and TRX). Specializing in strength training, weight loss, functional training and flexibility, Nate enjoys helping his clients take their fitness goals to new heights. Through proper progression, he believes he can help clients of all ages improve their core strength and stability, correct muscle imbalances and improve overall performance.
